If there’s one thing we love at The Queen’s Head, it’s bringing people together over great food. That’s why we’re delighted to be taking part in this year’s Taste of Weybridge at the Weybridge Summer Festival Fair on Saturday 27th June 2026.

Set in Churchfields Recreation Ground, the Summer Festival Fair is one of Weybridge’s most anticipated community events!

With live entertainment, fairground rides, local charities, community groups, family attractions, food stalls, and plenty more, it’s a fantastic celebration of everything that makes Weybridge special.

And this year, there’s something extra exciting on the menu.

Welcome to Taste of Weybridge

Discover Weybridge has secured a dedicated theatre kitchen marquee, aptly named Taste of Weybridge, where some of the town’s finest hospitality businesses will be showcasing their culinary talents through live cooking demonstrations.

Representing The Queen’s Head is our very own Chef Sydney, who brings more than 26 years of hospitality experience to the stage. Having worked across five-star hotels and cruise lines before joining Heartwood four and a half years ago, Sydney has cooked for guests from all over the world – but we’re rather pleased he now calls Weybridge home.

The Star of the Show? Our Iconic Cheese Soufflé

For his live demonstration, Sydney will be revealing the secrets behind one of The Queen’s Head’s most beloved dishes: our iconic Cheese Soufflé.

Light, airy, indulgent, the soufflé has become something of a local favourite. Visitors to the demonstration will get the chance to see how it’s made and hear Sydney’s top tips!
